is it any good, or cheap and nasty

I need a plain black saddlecloth for upcoming PC ODE, and rules say plain with no binding.... these are the only ones I can find on ebay (no saddlery near me, and dont want to pay £5-6 on p+p for one item

It does what it says on the tin.
Saddles etc aren't fab quality, but do the job. You get what you pay for.

I think for what you want it would do fine. You'd only be using it for comps, so it wouldnt need to stand up to daily wear and tear.

Have bought a saddlepad and headcollar from them. Pleased with both so would recommend

I've got two pairs of Gallop jodhs, they are reasonably well-made, though the fabric is pilling a bit, but they are VERY comfortable, and i'd definitely buy them again.

Gallop tack is cheap and nasty, wouldn't touch it with a bargepole!!!!
