Hi, I've heard a fellow livery say that there is a gallops she uses in Tring. Sorry I haven't got any more info. We are based very near MK so I think that must be one of the nearest?

would you ask them next time you see them? Tring is so easy for us to get too!!

I know quite a few people go to Woburn woods to do fast work.

yeah I do too but when it rains as much as it has it creates big reveens (sp?) and then its really unrideable for speed work.

How about the woods at Chicksands, I know some eventers use those. There are gallops at Royston, I guess that is too far.

There are some at Tring, Walter Swinburns, although the gallops are actually part of a bridle path, in Aldbury. There are some out by Quainton as well.
