Gallops Hire (Droitwich/ Bromsgrove)

Hi Guys,

The lack of off road riding is starting to get me and the fat pony down!

I have thought of hiring gallops on a fortnightly basis but can't find any close enough to make it viable.

Does anybody know of any available locally?

I use John Spearings gallops throught the event seaon, they are in Kinnersley, it's £15 a horse

Lincomb is open all year round, it is on sandy soil. Wet down by the river, but there is a fair amount of space on higher ground.

We enquired a few months ago and were told that they dont hire them out now as the yard is too busy.

OP -if you want off road riding why not go to the Wyre Forest. Really only walk and trot, but miles and miles and steep hills, so horses get fit. Plenty of hard tracks for winter riding. Way marked routes. £10 for annual pass.
