Oh no, that is absolutely tragic. R.I.P. Gandalf, enjoy the meadows over Rainbow Bridge. We should all be eternally grateful to him for convincing Toddy to come out of retirement.

What sad news - RIP Gandalf. I have a similar looking (but not talented!) grey gelding named Shadowfax so I have always taken an interest in Gandalf's progress. Thoughts go out to all his team and owners.
