Gareeb/Ghareeb

The only thing I would say is buy youngstock by him rather than breed. I have seen lovely stock by him but he is by Dancing Brave who had a bad parrot mouth and that does seem to be able to skip a generation.

this is my mares father last i heard he is standing at kiltealy stud in county wexford in ireland i think he is available by AI the link for him is http://kiltealystud.com/ghareeb.html
there is a link on the top of the page saying contact us. i have contacted them before and had a very quick reply any more info plz ask !!

I know of 2. Tried one when I was horse hunting, she was a very smart mare, lovely temperament and gorgeous to look at. We also have a 5yr old on the yard by him. He is very sweet, a bit of a wimp by he really moves beautifully.

He still is! Lovely temperament, like his sire and his stock are just as placid. Never seen/heard of parrot mouths in the Ghareeb stock either.

He's not currently available by AI but if he was, would be first in the line. We had two Ghareebs this year - only thing 'wrong' was two colts were delivered, instead of hoped-for fillies but if at first you don't succeed ..
