Hi all who have lorries with living, do you have a sticker warning you have a gas bottle on the back of the lorry? I have not noticed any but hubby wants one on. Thanks
its not men't to be on the back, its men't to be where the bottle is. Most transporters that use ferrys regularly have them. You are ment to display them, but obviously warning emergency services about as something as silly as gas might ruin the spray job!
Thank you, my single gas bottle is in a locker on the side of the lorry so I guess that's where I shall put the sticker when I get one. I was asking because I have never noticed the stickers and as my lorry is 7 years old I thought it should have one if it was meant to. I shall correct the situation ASAP. Thank you for your advice.
There was a young 16 year old boy in Australia, who snuck into the horse float at home to have a cigarette, the gas bottle was leaking, and exploded causing serious burns to the boy. So if you have gas bottles get them checked.
