Definitely out of order but my lot had a few probs with the secretariat at Gatcombe last year. Rosie was supposed to have been given a video because she completed but they had to leave early, vid wasn't available and they refused to take address etc - and they never did get it

I finally got hold of stabling sec at 8.10 and found out, she was very friendly but didn't seem to think it strange that I still didn't know

I then had to ring the actual yard to get directions, however we are on shavings as requested so you probably should try calling.

Sorry about your video Rosiefan, not quite the same but we have had trouble getting dressage sheets before which is annoying if you've done well.
