Geert Wilders - should he be allowed into the UK?

Have nothing to add that Sooty has not allready said better.
I wish they had let him in just to deny him the moral high ground he is now claiming.
What he is "preaching" is pure hatred intended to incite violence, dont see how that is any better then the extremists he dispises.....

I disagree with you the targets are the same and there is no difference between Nazi fascists and Islamic fascists.

True that not all Muslims are anti-Semitic however it is not true that Jews, Christians, Bahai's or any other faith were treated well by Islam. They were treated as inferior and they are still considered so.

I have taken just a tiny section from the Wikipedia link that you sent to me confirming how they view every non Muslim as dhimmis.

Traditionally Jews living in Muslim lands, known (along with Christians) as dhimmis, were allowed to practice their religion and to administor their internal affairs but subject to certain conditions.[23] They had to pay the jizya (a per capita tax imposed on free adult non-muslim males) to Muslims.[23] Dhimmis had an inferior status under Islamic rule. They had several social and legal disabilities such as prohibitions against bearing arms or giving testimony in courts in cases involving Muslims.[24] Many of the disabilities were highly symbolic. The most degrading one was the requirement of distinctive clothing, not found in the Qur'an or hadith but invented in early medieval Baghdad; its enforcement was highly erratic.[25] Jews rarely faced martyrdom or exile, or forced compulsion to change their religion, and they were mostly free in their choice of residence and profession.[26] The notable examples of massacre of Jews include the killing or forcibly conversion of them by the rulers of the Almohad dynasty in Al-Andalus in the 12th century. That was my dilemma. He is now making a big fat fuss about not being allowed in, whereas had he been he would not have gained any credibility. Tough call for Jacqui Smith though, and not a decision I would have wanted to make. On one hand he is a democratically elected MP; on the other the purpose of his visit was to break our laws. All those in favour of one law for all should applaud his banning.
