Anyone rate these? I bought some for Faran for his new bit but I’m wondering if I have just been conned out of £15 when a set of £1.99 (that I have on his other bits) would have done the job the same.
I’ve bought him a myler loose ring copper barrel low port and he’s had rubs from the rings before on his face rather than the corners of his mouth. I got talked into these as they didn’t have brown ones of my normal cheap ones in the shop

. My boy’s been in a loose ring all his life and occasionally if he’s strong he gets rubs and they look awful as he’s pink muzzled. I thought I was being a loving owner buying him some. Well, let me tell you, I got taken off with more than funny with these things, no brakes at all. Even fell off which is something that rarely happens now that he’s in his twenties. I put up with them for 6 months as I thought nah surely it can’t be these. I’m pretty sure it was! I think they lost the loose ring effect.
