Hey guys
I'm looking to put Lord on a calmer as he is very spooky. Just after some general reccomendations as to the best one to use ( I was thinking magnitude)

ta in advance

Personally I have used Supercalm and TB calmer (Global Herbs) and Relax me, all have worked fine on my stressy TB.

Have heard Magnitude mentioned as well one here (and one of my instructors recommended it to me last week), and obviously its a lot cheaper than any of the others, so perhaps give it a try first.

Blue Chip Kalmer is fantastic

I think it's about £26.50 or £27.50 and is in liquid form. One bottle lasts around 40 days and there are discounts for buying more than one bottle at a time especially if you buy direct from blue chip

Magnitude is good, and obviously if the expense is an issue it's definately worth a go, if moneys no object then NAF magic calm has been amazing on my TB mare, she was a different animal within days

Given up on calmers I just can't afford them any more. The horse is existing entirely on hay and hard work.

hi i ahve tried them all and the only one that works for me is called relaxme form HORSE FIRST it really works, the results with my horse are brilliant

Relax me is good, i have tried Nuprafeed as well and found this ok, but relax me is a lot cheaper, but i think it is just trial and errror as different products seem to work differently on different horses

Blue chip karma is very good and so-kalm plus has even higher amounts of the same ingredients so possibly even better.
Both the above work on magnesium and tryptophan so double whammies on the calming front.
Thing is though different horses seem to respond to different calmers so it's all a bit trial and error.
