She's bright as a button and being a pain in the backside!
So far her temperature has stayed down in normal levels, D-Day will be tomorrow when she's down to just 1 danilon a day instead of 2. If she reacts after 1 danilon then we will try her on 1 1/2.
Handling wise she remembers her manners while in the barn, but to go to and from the bullpen she's now in a chifney. I've only had to bring it into play once, the rest of the time it's just enough to remind her of her manners. She's not being turned out for at least the next 2 weeks (she's been in for a week now) and I do expect her to get a bit more of an arse in the meantime.
The best bit is that I RODE HER TODAY!!!!!!
We did half an hour in the school including regular short breaks and she was absolutely AMAZING. The vet gave me the all clear to ride her at the end of last week but this is the first time I've been happy enough with her to get on, and was expecting fireworks. Nothing. She worked beautifully as if she's never been off!
So we are still taking every day as it comes and keeping a very close eye on her and on her temperature. Your good wishes have really meant a lot to me and the HHO vibes have so far done their job but they are still needed please!
