Well he is far more popular than I will ever be ? There is a brilliant Scottish comedian called Janey Godley - not everyone’s taste I will freely admit as her language is ‘colourful’ - but she has the most adorable dachshund that she tweets about!

So tonight I tweeted a picture of George with a shameless beg for recognition of how sweet he is.... and she has re-tweeted it, my Twitter account is going absolutely mad ???

This simply adds to my idea that George will have his own national tour to meet his fans after lockdown....

And it’s an old picture but I still adore it ?

Yep I love them - and I also love that Nicola re-tweets them ?

Did you see the short film she did recently for BBC Scotland about a wife in a controlling relationship whose husband died? It was incredibly poignant and moving, I was really shocked and impressed by her!

It is, but I googled Janey Godley dachshund twitter, scrolled her tweet page until I saw George, and found you that way:

Feeling a bit like standing outside a candy shop without any money to go in and buy something for at the moment, because I couldn't Like anything, or follow you, without joining Twitter.
