German shepherd urgently needs new home!

Hi,

We have a 3 yr old German shepherd called skippy who urgently needs rehoming! He is we think cross husky and has one blue eye and one brown. He was got as a guard dog for the yard but prefers to be a house pet, although will stay outside either on a chain or loose if made too. He has to go by middle of this week as we have a very sick son coming back with kidney failure on Wednesday and doctors have said no animals in house. He is a sweet dog but needs an experienced home, he can be possessive around food and i wouldn't rehouse with children about because of this. Used to horses and yard life. We are in surrey. Can't post link as on phone but search on Facebook for Musher's Exchange, Siberian Husky Welfare Association and Huskies In Need (the latter especially as they take in crossbreeds specifically but any of those will have interested folk).

As CC says try biggsd, they are based in South and have a couple of GSD x husky crosses on their website now. Hope you are able to get him sorted.
