Get Well Soon Card for DunRoamin - put names down here perhaps?

I didn't post my best wishes earlier because, whilst I didn't comment, I am aware of the heated discussion (

) that went on the other night and IMO the new poster (can't remember name) is trolling and is dunroamin under a different IP address. However I hope I am wrong because this is a sick and twistesd post if i'm not............
 
True! I just assumed that al user names from the same IP address would be banned together but perhaps not.

I feel bad for feeling the way I do (hence I didn't post earlier as I appeared to be the only cynic lol) but something just doesn't add up to me. As someone else said - I'd actually prefer this WAS a hoax (although a sick one) as at least then noone has ben hurt

I cant quite beleive the attitude of some people on here claiming this is a hoax, i only hope to those that dont believe that she is genuinely hurt that nothing like this ever happens to anyone in your family or friends, to those of you sending well wishes, thankyou very much and i will be sure to add you all to the card and pass your kind wishes along.
 
The fact we may or not believe it doesn't mean if she is hurt that we don't wish her well...

At the end of the day this is a forum, and lies have been proven again and again.
Some people are just sceptical!
 
As far as I aware DunRoamin has never met anyone from this forum in person so i shall not be giving her current location out, however i can give people her telephone number if they so wish and choose to ask for it via a PM, and yes for those who mentioned it she was banned but thast was after i decided to join to give my friend so support whilst she was having a not so plesent time, (please forgive any bad spelling, have been to a family gathering tonight and i am not totally sober)
 
You won't give her location to those who claim to know her yet you're willing to give her telephone number to anyone who asks for it?

Slightly strange but fair enough.

I think you'll find many of the peolpe who are wary of this being a hoax have infact had this happen to someone very close to them and know full well the hurt such accidents can cause.
 
I can add you yes, To be honest pink fairy i'd rather give her number to people more than anything else as she can then decide who to speak to and who not to if she wants, and if anyone turns out to be, not that i'm saying anyone will be some sort of wierdo then steps can be taken can't they. (is wierdo spelt right?? i always thought i before e except after c was the way it went but that looks wrong)

It's seems totally reasonable for LCN to not want to give out DR's location to people she has never met. As for a phone number, that won't help as with those injuries she'll be in hospital for weeks. She won't be up to speaking to anyone for some time and you can't use a mobile in hospital. I don't see any way of proving it. Either it's true and this poor lady is extremely badly hurt, or it's not and she's extremely badly damaged. Either way, as she's never done anything to me, I feel very sorry for her.
Incidentally, La Cosa Nostra is one of my favourite restaurants!
 
As there is a lot of names - could we maybe send a couple from HHO? As I am in the area next week I don't mind dropping it off at the hospital reception if dunroamin is unable to see visitors.
 
Okay... so far from this post and from LaCosaNostra's original one, i've listed 170 names... figure LCN has enough to do with doing DR's horse as well as her own etc, so i put a list together for her to copy onto a card or two...!
i pm'd LCN about it this morning and she sounds totally genuine about it all... i raised the subject of the suspicions etc, as tactfully as possible. i believe her. (maybe that makes me a gullible prat, maybe not.)
 

Please put my name down if it isn't too late! I have only read the odd post from DunRoamin but I wish her all the best for a speedy recovery and I hope she feels a lot better very soon. What a horrid start to the New Year
