Gettin an insurance exclusion removed...

Does anyone have any experience of this and if so how likely is it that I can....

Nutshell - mare had COPD attack, given atripine, atripine caused colic, treated for colic, recovered = colic and COPD exclusion.

This was a year ago and I didn't do anything except have a grumpy conversation about it.

What are my chances?

My horse broke his eye orbit, any skull fracture was excluded.
I had it removed after 2 years no problem. This was NFU.
