I have been thinking about one of these. Have a very stiff back these days and one hip replacment. Badly need to get my core working again. How easy are they to move around, what sort of weight?

If you mean the Ijoy ride then it is OK for me to lift and move as a one off, but I would not want to be lifting and moving it as a daily thing. With a bad back it would take 2 people.

I would also warn that it is a boring thing if used long term. I used it short term to get a bit of fitness and made it more interesting with still legs and holding wine (!) but it is generally boring!
