So my mare has now been back in work for nearly 12 months after a suspensory ligament injury. She is now completely sound (hurray!) and vet says I can do what I like with her as long as I avoid crap ground and not take her hunting.

So I was trying to get into dressage but after a few false starts, I'm not too sure its for us, but I have some showjumps in my barn which I want to have a go over today, I'm only going to set up some teeny tiny cross poles to trot over, as I haven't jumped for ages and my position will undoubtedly be crap.

Please tell me I will be fine and I will not die ...... horse will jump anything and has never stopped before when I have jumped her in the past (2 and a half yrs ago) but I'm quite nervous now. Got my mum coming over to shout at me/pick me up off the floor, but please send advice and/or good old fashioned HHO vibes
