getting frustrated - transport

I have a trailer but currently nothing to pull it and even if i did dad is currently not allowed to drive due to his heart problems and mum wouldn't want to pull a trailer.
What do those of you do who like to go to shows/compete but don't have your own transport?
 
i know how you feel, i sold my lorry 3 yrs ago when i sold my last horse (due to marriage breakdown), and now ive got a new horse but no transport....its driving me nuts!!
all you can do is beg steal and borrow, im trying to find someone local who could give me a lift or too, until then its just making do with what i have, and being grateful i have a horse again!
 
This summer was the first iv ever been to shows and i went with people i know from the yard im on (paid my share of the petrol etc.) which i was very greatful for

but they no longer have space in their trailer.
I am very grateful for the horses i have, just keep looking at the trailer thinking i want to be out in it and wondering if i should sell it a get a very small lorry which mum would drive.
I am 20 but have not yet passed my driving test as i have failed the theory a few times

It sucks absolutely!!!!!!!!!!!! I've had this since I got my horse as I'm not old enough to hire a box and no one on my yard competes! If anyone lives near Girton, Cambs and fancies giving me a lift in exchange for petrol money let me know!

Vikki89 - sorry to sound blunt be you need to make it happen for yourself - its what everyone else has to do! - if you are failing your theory test - get some revision material and learn the bloomin thing! Once you pass your test and your fairly confident you can do your B+E test and take yourself off to as many shows as you fancy and believe me it will all be worth it in the end.
There is no other way unless you meet a rich man who will buy you a lorry and a chauffeur!
 
I know i need to make it happen for myself and i am revising for it, have been told i am at test standard so just need to pass theory then will take my driving test ect. so i can drive myself about. I was just wondering what others do.
