I find I'm slaloming in 'feeling my age(s)'..... last Tuesday I felt I was mid 20s indoor jumping?, on Saturday I felt every one of my 60 yrs on the xc course ?
Monday I was a 13 yr old whizzing up hills madly racing new pony friends and giggling loads.??
Today I was a competent 30 something doing decent work over some jumps indoors? and this afternoon a blooming aged crone in the office!
My core isnt as good as it could be by a long chalk, but riding daily does help a bit ?
