I am having a bit of an issue with one of my ponies. She is a TB, and very sweet to do, but when we are playing she becomes very sharp, and will try it on when you least expect it. I've had another player play her and she goes like a dream for him, but when i get on to play her she props, humps, leaps about and fly bucks, and gets so excited she seems to grow about a foot! I get scared, she knows I'm scared and she gets even worse ( to the point where I just ride - or dance sideways - off the pitch).
I know when she starts to hump I should just push on, but my reaction is to freeze up and pull her up. Does anyone have any advice as to how to get over nerves like this?
