I wonder if anyone has had any experience of getting full warmblood papers on a mare that has the 5 generation pedigree (& all the stallions in it have Hanoverian approval) but currently has SHB(GB) appendix papers.
Her dam was bred in the UK before the BHHS was set up so has never been graded into the hanoverian studbook. Apparently at the time a couple of studs such as Louella & Trago were doing their own thing regarding pedigree certificates??
I would love to get some pink papers on the mare. I hope to breed from her in the future, once her ridden career is over. She is a good type & an exceptional mover, she won in-hand at county level as a youngster & came 4th in the shearwater international 6yr old class.
Her dam is still alive so I could get her DNA tested if this would help?
Thanks
