What size pony would this fit @tda ?

I think the lady I purchased it from had used it on a 14.2 dales pony. I'll dig it out of the shed, can't remember if the seat is adjustable so would fit various sizes
I've never actually used it on any of mine.
I'm not sure if the company website is still live, whether it would have size advice on it?
