Lovely pics, we went for a nice long one this morning too :) Can I ask what kind of saddle you're using? It looks interesting!
 
I had a ride in the school and she was very good, no rushing or even attempting (telling myself this is because of my fabulous riding but was clearly due to the fact it was too hot for her to bother) and then she had a much needed bath. She is meant to be grey but under her mane it looked like nicotine stains! Thank god for purple wahl shampoo!
 
Its a libra bareback pad so treeless, i find it very comfortable and i use a riser pad so that take the saddle off the spine, some folk find them uncomfortable but i love mine
 
I'm a treeless convert too! Also had a fab solo hack, she was a total star, think the grass restriction is helping to lessen her spookiness, she didn't move despite taking her alone on the point to point which she's never done before! We managed a slow canter around not a shape shifting ride that I was expecting.
