Ridden 3 times since moving horse back to the new yard and been great. Confidence is much better and schooling is actually becoming productive. My boy is looking well, feeling well and seems very happy and so am i so happy happy the sun has even been coming how

however when you hear people saying things behind your back, to family no less.

I am apparently scared of my horse, he is being wasted as he will be worth 10K if worked aapparently.

Not being funny, I bought him as an unbacked 3 year old, ive had him 4 years now, done everything myself, hes does a bit of everything and always comes back with ribbons whatever he goes out and does I cant be that bad?

Had a bit of a confidence knock due to curcumstances at a new yard (individual turnout), have now moved him and everything rectified, i love him to bits and hes not for sale anyway so dont apreciate this person telling my boyfriends mum hes going to be worth 10K as hes not an investment he will never be sold.

Pointless rant over. just annoys me that i got slated for moving my horse, When I could clearly see he was unhappy. I moved him anyway and best choice i have made. Ive got my lovely boy back and couldnt be happier. Just shows that I know my horse better than any one else and will always trust my instincts from now on but Why do people have to ruin it?!

Pointless rant i know but feel so much better now :o

A little pic of the handsome chap as well ;)

Some people just don't know when to keep their beak out.

My friend had a similar issue. She bought a horse then pretty soon after split a disc in her back.

When she finally recovered and decided to ride again she would literally get on for 2 minutes then get off and gradually build it up.

She had some 'well meaning' people ask her what her problem was!
