We have a cold water hose but as winter is approaching I would like some sort of warm water source as also I am now so feed up with using buckets full of warm water as I get soaked. Is there some sort of connection that can go on the cold hose to make the water warm or is there some kind of shower that would work?

We do have warm water but its from a boiler above it so the water is forced through the pipe by gravity which wouldn't be powerful enough to connect to a hose.

Is there any cheap ways of getting warm water for wash's?

You can get a portable camping shower. They are approx 100 to 120 pounds and then whatever small gas bottles cost near you. Just plug the cold hose in the back, set your temp and away you go. As with most things you can get then rebranded as horse showers but at 3 x price so go for a camping one if you chose that option
