Getting your horses back checked......

How often do you? I get Fly's checked at least every 6 months as a matter of course. I also have it checked if he has had a fall or I feel that his way of going is not 'right'. I remember years ago it was un heard of, the poor horses just had a few days off or 'got on with it'.

I get my main riding horse checked about every couple of months or if he is not right I ask her to check as well. My other horse who isnt ridden much is checked about 1-2 times per year. Sadly there are still a lot of people who don't 'believe' in 'back people'

Every six months as standard, more often if there is something wrong or if things don't feel right. I find it hugely beneficial.

I have been getting George checked every 6mths, if I thought there was something amiss I would call my back lady out.
