Giblets

Happy Christmas everyone. Yes, that time of year is here again where I have the dilemma of do I cook the giblets or give them raw. Usually I cook them and rue the day as it ponks up the kitchen. After the raw debate of late I have been giving Bailey and baby Layla raw chicken wings, so I feel they could deal with the neck (sorry mr turkey) not sure about the other horrible looking things though, so do you do raw or cook?

There isnt a big amount of giblets and the dogs will love em

well I am glad you said that as I really can't face wiping out the smell of a nice tasty christmas dinner with giblet ponk
