haven't read any other replies so sorry if someone has mentioned this already but try a mooncup, it will completely change your life i promise! cannot recommend enough! There has been another post about them so might be worth searching as i can never manage it!

I've never heard of a foo-foo or a mooncup! Foo-foo I can figure out, but what on earth is a mooncup?

A little plastic cup that you put in like a tampon and wash it out and reuse. Urgh, lol!

mooncups are wonderful things and much better for the environment as well as all their other advantages. I have been using mine for about 3 years and only wish that I had heard about them earlier.
