Girth rubbing?

Had my horse since April and the last 6 weeks her girth has started rubbing!

Same side every time, but slightly different spot!

Tried, leather padded + shaped, synthetic, 2 different girth sleeves, 3 numnah combos any ideas?
It seems the mono flap saddle is pulling the girth forward and causing issues - is this a saddle fitter job?

We did have her saddle checked in May and was told it fitted well, but she has got fitter since then!

Have you tried a string girth? I think Stubben still make them.

Unable to give advice but watching thread due to similar problem with mule. Just bought a leather anatomical one to try this weekend.

I found coat change season the worst time for rubbing, so might explain why it's started the last few weeks. You have my sympathies though as I think you just have to find the right one for them but I will say make sure it fully heals before you try a new one.

I got through loads and spent a large fortune on trial and error on some very expensive girths.Turns out he likes the cheap Shires anti-chafe girth!

Perfect! Will try the string girth next!

She’s got 10 days off while we’re away so will have plenty of time to heal! Just frustrating when I’ve been enjoying riding her so much x

Talk to your fitter, monoflap saddles with girth straps that are part of the flap aren't ideal as there is no swing for them to move to a particular girth groove.
