Girth & Saddle questions

I am hopefully buying Phils new saddle today

First question is; how deep are the flaps/panels on the T6? I'm used to a dessage saddle and need to get an idea of what length girth he needs

Secondly, is the TG Airoform GP girth elasticated at both ends?

The ends don't look the same to me, so I'd guess that the elastic is only at one end.
