Is there any type of girth that will help with my horse who has a very forward girth groove? It puts her girth RIGHT behind her elbows (no rubbing *touch wood* as I use a shaped girth) but this also anchors her saddle forwards (it doesn't pull it forwards though). My saddler has never been bothered by it but I wondered if there was a girth out there that was designed to solve this problem or one that might help?

Yes there are. Kay Humphries designed a danna girth which slopes forwards from the girth buckles. This stops the girth going further forward and pulling the saddle forward and ensures the elbows are clear of the girth. I actually have 2 or three of these which I have never used as I lost the mare they were for. What size do you need and I will check what size I have

I think she has a 52" at the moment...
