Girths - for princess

My mare is a sensitive soul

would like to get her a new dressage girth that is kind and comfortable. She has a girth sleeve at the moment.

Can anybody recommend a girth that is kind and doesn't rub sensitive thin skinned horses! Thanks

My horse, who seemed to inherit only his diva-ness and thin skin from the TB side, likes those padded Wintec (or might be Thorowgood) ones. I bought the elasticated version with padding behind the buckles.

I use a nu-med girth sleve as a backing for my leather girth. Its fab and is sort of "open" and fastens with velco. Looks reall y nice and my "princess" horse loves it.
