Ok guys slightly confused with my boys behaviour.
On a normal day he is as good as gold no issues with saddle or work etc but when he's had a day off and I saddle him he blows out and tenses up, is fine for me to mount and walk but when asked for trot he rounds his back and bounces along for 3 or 4 strides then he Stops and is fine again and works as normal.
I must add he never does this when worked day after day only when he's had a day off.
Any ideas?
