Give and Retake - blonde moment

I'm having a dizzy blonde moment? I'm doing P14 for the first time on Saturday. Do you Give and Retake with both hands or just one? Thanks x

how long should it be for? I have it in my Novice test at smiths lawn on monday, over x in canter, 3 seconds??

3 strides, so think "give, 2, 3" then your loop in the rein will be over x if that makes sense.

one b4 x, one over x and one after x

Make sure it is really obvious so that there is a definate loop in the reins.

Thanks all. Thought it was but then had a moment of doubt. Phew at least I won't look like a spoon for that bit, just got to get to grips with the rest of the test now - eek!
