Given a horsey as a wedding pressie!

I got married on Saturday - and at the evening do, we had invited my old loan ponies owner. I first had this mare on loan for 18 months back in 1996. She went back to the owner after 2 years and stayed their a while, the owner refused to sell her to us

anyway, when i got my own place, she dropped her off as i had space in the field and she no longer wanted to use her for driving, she has been with me since! The owner had never wanted to part with her, and never let me have any of the paperwork (despite her being with me full time etc) well, the DJ made the announcement !!!! and i am being forwarded the papers etc

Most of the guests didnt understand what had gone on, and thought someone had adopted a horse for me and i was just over excited! lol

I just wanted to share my fab news as i have wanted to own this mare since 1996 - good things come to those who wait!
