Given the all clear at last!!!

I've just got back from my last visit to my oeseopath and she has finally given me the all clear to ride again!!
i haven't ridden since dec 2006

due to a rotated pelvis during pregnancy.
i'm going to book in a shared lesson with my friend who hasn't ridden for a year and a half cos of pregnancy.
Can't wait!!!!!

lol should remember what to do- i have taught in the time i've not ridden!!
have booked a lesson for sat 30th jan and i feel like a kid waiting for it to roll round!
