Glands up in pony

Hi im looking for some advice my little section A has got swollen glands up under his jaw line and a little cough, been soaking his hay and the cough is near on non existent he is bright eyed and his normal self, does anyone have any ideas before i get the vet out? thanks :)
 
Thanks for your reply's temp normal, just puzzled me i've never seen it in any of the horses i have had x
Just did a bit of research on grass glands and i think it could be it, there are pics on google and they look exactly like my little boys, but the reasons don't really add up as my boys have only just been put back to grass for about 3 weeks on and off as my big horse suffers with lami, so i have to be careful, so they have not been head down ar*e up as they say everyday lol x
