what type of share and how experienced a rider are you? I have a 17.2 who could do with a bit more work but he's not a novice ride

the hacking on epsom and ashtead common isn't all that marvellous and is restricted by weather conditions

the carpark near this place used to be used by all sorts of 'undesireables' in the evenings....................not somewhere I'd be happy to have a kids pony at livery if the kid rode on it's own after school..........

don't know if it's still there but there was also an adjoining airstrip with light aircraft landing and taking off

land flat and boggy in winter - turnout could be very muddy in winter - if permitted
