Glen of Imaal terrier

Hi,
Does anyone have a Glen of Imaal Terrier? Just been having a look online about them and my terrier who I rescued looks very similar. Never knew her breeding so always looking online to see what she looks similar too. Just wondered if anyone owns one or has any pictures?

I can see why you think Glen of Imaal but she is far too small & sleight.

The smallest of Glen Bitches weigh in at over 30 lbs and I would guess your girl is much smaller.

Smart little terrier. Where did she come from?

I thought she might be a tad small, she is only 9 months.
She was brought in to my mum's vets to be put to sleep because she bit a child when she was 4 months old. Of course know one at the vets could bare to pts so my mum said she'd have her, she has grown out of her puppy bitting like most do. People were just a bit irresponsible.

Cute pup! But that's just shocking - how can a four month old pup be held responsible for it's actions (biting)? Puppies bite EVERYTHING at that age!

^^^ This! How on earth can a pup of that age be considered vicious for biting, I think you are being generous OP to say the previous owners were a BIT irresponsible.

Well yes it was VERY irresponsible, especially as they left her in a room with a very young child unattended. People really don't think, its very sad.

Same old story,Pippi Longstocking aka Pippit The Whippet was brought into the vets at 4 months old,because she dug a hole in the garden.Needless to say after a phone call help appeared and she is now firmly ensconsed.However if you want to see a real hole in the garden,come and see what Shirley Bassette can do!
