the GCT moves to Rio, where as well as the usual big money Grand prix there is a masters class on Sunday worth the same!
there is a warm up class today at 6 local time (10pm British) which should be on the GCT website streaming service as usual.

I must remember to actually watch it this Sat night, last time I totally forgot!! Who won the last one by the way?? It was Estoril wasn't it?
 
ben maher is indeed here and the field although a little smaller than usual is very select . as well as ben we have the current world and olympic champions, jos lansink and eric Lamaze, two members of the French European team, world number 3 marcus ehning and various other luminaries. another britsh entry is a horse, Billy Birr, although his rider is the Ukraines cassio rivetti

will try and catch as much as i can but also can catch it on sky i pressume???? the punters in my pub are really starting to get in sjing now

Sadly not. team GB under a bit of presssure in Nations Cups not to mention the coming Europeans so they havent dared travel anymore this far. Same with the Irish.
Anyway just to let you all know that there has been a rather large tropical rainstorm and we have decided to postpone the opening warm up class as the arena is very wet.
I will let you know if anything else happens.
 
Still raining, the worst they have had at this time of year in 48 years, the GCT had to cancel todays classes as well. we will have to see what happens tommorow.
