Currently watching the GCT in Doha and have noticed the interesting bitting and nosebands. Now can I just say I will never ride to this level and I completely understand that they are jumping courses of 1.60m, there is a lot resting on these classes and a lot of the horses that reach top level have their quirks. However there seems to be some really interesting choices of tack, mostly the bitting.

With regards to the tack, I also am never going to ride at that level so I can't say I have any place to criticise! Though I do think any gadget, bit or piece of tack in the right hands is fine
