Global Champions Tour

Final show in this year's Global Champions Tour series is taking place now in Doha. Ben Maher & Robert Whitaker are taking part. Eurosport is due to cover the 2 rounds of the Championship Final and the other classes are due to be streamed live via the GCT website (though I know they had some internet problems yesterday). Indeed and he and Hickstead have to start favourite for Saturday's Final.

it was a shame Eric hit that last combination in the Final but Lucretia said on facebook it was really tough. I watched everyblow it was really exciting! michel Robert is dead good for an old bloke!

Michel is a true "golden oldie" (one of the few international circuit regulars older than me!). Very talented rider and trainer who was an Eventer in the early stages of his career. Appears to be a really nice man - on occasion helps with translating in the Hickstead Show Office. I thought Conrad's courses throughout the show were excellent.
