Global Herbs Scratch

I use Superskratch and find it excellent. It does stink but my boy has no problems eating it so that's good, I did build up to the full dose slowly though. He is a native and still has a full mane and tail, normally by this time of year there would be at least the odd chunk gone! It seems to deter flies from landing on him too, it is noticeable when they all line up at the gate and the others have lots of flies on them but he has very few. I'd recommend it!

Excellent stuff - lots of people with itchy trads on the CSP forum swear by it.

Have been giving Stinky who has mild SI standard Skratch - has almost stopped the tail and belly rubbing - he does it a little, but not rubbed his belly sore this year so far. I am now going to try the next strength to see if I can stop it completely. I also feed brewers yeast which by itself did a 50% improvement last year.

Cairo also has some - for him standard is enough. He has not come in and had a big itchy rub since on it.

It smells like tar and some fussy eaters may need the "sweet" version but my hairy chaps eat it no problem.

Only problem - they stink - mixture of cat pee and fox - but worth it.

Just spray them with essential oils - which I use in my fly spray to combat it and don't breath in when they come out of the trailer on a hot day

It has not made any difference to my sweetitch horse .He had the sweet one and eats it but he is still rubbing his tail.
He wears a sweetitch rug so doesn't do too much harm but it has not helped
