Anyone want freezemarks done?

The lady at Freezemark Ltd has a booking in Coleford and one for us here near Newent, and was keen to do any other local-ish horses while they are out this way (based in Warwickshire)
She can't give a fixed date quite yet, but they give 10days notice before arrival and she assures us it will be before the 6th Feb, so if any of you want to join in you have quite a narrow time window to register your interest in!

Acolyte - if you want J done and can't drum up any interest at the yard than you are welcome to leave him here for the day or whatever

Out of interest how much is it to get done?

£53 for a single horse, £47 if you have it done in a group of 2-5 and £43 in groups of 6 or more, as long as you don't want a personalised mark.

Anyone who is interested needs to give Mary (? I think that's her name anyway!) at Freezemark a ring and then she can work out which order to do us all in and set a firm date

Yes please! Doubt I will get enough people at the yard to participate based on the last time I asked

- so I could maybe hack over and have him done or something? Any idea about how long you have to leave them before I could exercise him? Wouldn't really want to walk back to the yard leading him

- but then I might be able to organise transport to and from the yard, that would be easier wouldn't it

2-4days if marked on the shoulder, 4-7days if marked under the saddle.
We could probably pick up/drop off in the trailer if you wanted...?

Well of course that would be fantastic but its putting you to a lot of trouble! I will ask at the yard, I think there is one girl who might lend me her little lorry for such a short journey
