Glove suggestions please

I want to buy a friend a pair of gloves purely for riding, no yard work. Ideally they should be leather (she is very traditional), and warm and waterproof (as much as leather ever really is). No maximum budget really, and in a traditional colour - navy, brown or tan would be perfect. Even better if they happen to have the fingertip that you can use to operate a phone still.
