Bought power straps for my glove wide boots, they're 2.5w in size, punched the holes in the boots, no probs there, then go to punch holes in the power straps and the hole guide goes from 0w to 5w with no half sizes. Glove wides only go up to size 3 anyway, so what's that all about?
Anyhow, decide to punch a hole in between 2 and 3, put the screw in and offer it up to the hole in my boot, only to find that it's nowhere near in the correct place. The hole the other side would now have to be practically off the end of the strap. Proper peed off now.
Anyone have any experience of fitting these things? I'll have to guesstimate where to punch the holes, but not sure whether I need to really stretch the straps whilst applying them or just apply as is. Any help very gratefully received.
