Gloves, what size?

Help! how do I measure my hands to find out what size gloves I take?

small medium or large-- simple

You're better off to try gloves on in the shop if that's possible, as I take a medium for SSG and MacWet gloves, but for Shires gloves I take a large.

I want to order some Roeckl Chester gloves in Ivory from the Rideaway catalogue and they come in sizes 6 - 9.
Is there a way of measuring your hands so you know what size they are?

If you measure around the width of your hand above your thumb the inches should relate to glove size you need.

I was also told that your glove size is the same as your shoe size- it seems right for the roeckl chester gloves I bought (and love)
