I use Mac Wets all year round, you just cant beat the feel you get with them!!

Roeckl make a fleece-lined water-resistant pair. They're not completely water-proof, but they are warm, the cuffs go over the whole wrist, and they are the thinnest-feeling winter gloves I've tried on. The palm/finger surface is the same grip surface as the regular Roeckls. Mine have lasted through 6 monthss daily wear, and will hopefully last through this winter as well.
