Super excited about seeing go outdoors doing a horse range....

Giant plastic horse on top of the shelves with the head collar on upside down... Made me chuckle :)
Random items for sale but not any thing that went with anything!

Can you imagine the staff holding that head collar think WTF!??

i love go outdoors! but not for horsey stuff unfortunately :( its a bit pricey and not too much choice. but i buy my waterproof trousers, puffa jackets, thermals , regatta fleeces ,and winter hats and gloves which are brilliant value there.:)

i think theyve stocked riding stuff for quite a while! bought a hi-viz bodywarmer and a 7'3 masta rug really cheaply!!!! defo going there again if i need some general everyday horsey stuff! just need to do a bit of digging.....

poor staff.....if youve never seen a headcollar/bridle being put on before you are pretty much stuffed :/

Great for walking and outdoors stuff but the riding range is pretty poor.... I ordered a lightweight turnout rug for the pony in 5'6" and they phoned the next day to say that they didn't have the 5'6" in stock, but if I wanted they could send me a 6'6" or a 6'9" instead!!! Now I know she still has a bit of growing to do, but I can assure you she will never need a 6'6" rug!!

Oh really!! I'm so not update lol
The store where I used to live was tiny so I guess that's why they never had a horse range.

I would agree I won't be making a habit of going there for horsey stuff. I did get some rather nice exercise bandages tho :)

My OH has their discount card thingy and I got a bargain on a budget stable rug which has been really useful with all the changing weather this winter. Also they had the big trug buckets quite cheap so stocked up on a couple of those too. That is hilarious about the headcollar - it does all have the feel that the store buyer in charge of stock is non horsey doesn't it?

Ps -in my local store they had some good deals on country boots, Toggi and the like.

We got a cheap lunge whip and lunge line £8 total for both!

Also I got a pair of over trousers really cheap and they're still going strong, even tho I wear them every day.

I think u need to be there at the right time to get the bargains.

Go outdoors have done riding stuff for about 6 years by me!! A lot of the rider stuff isn't brilliant, and the range of products is t the best.

Same here. Some of their bargains leave a lot to be desired although I like the fact there is a lot of choice of outdoor wear, the horsey stuff is limited.
