God I love RideAway and Robinsons!!

Have just been reading a few posts about Hoof Hearted (I mean really!!) and other terrible traders who mess us around and pinch our hard-earned cash. Thank heaven for RideAway and Robinsons!! Everything I have ever had from each company has been exactly as described and has arrived in a very timely fashion and I have found their customer service good too. How have you found them??

I also love both of them never had a problem, and I order a lot from them (too much!!!!)

I love going to ride away - always make a day out of it. There is just so much to buy though and always end up spending a fortune !

RideAway is very good, never had a problem with them. It's easy to return things to them too which is vital for mail order

Robinsons I don't use because I'm not that keen on their products and own brand range. I found their sizing very strange when I bought a pair of jods from them for the first and last time!

I've always been quite lucky living about 20 mins away from Robbies, I used to absolutely love going there when I was younger but the new shop is a bi of a let down. There's too much stuff upstairs and not enough to walk round, and downstairs seems a bit sparse and not in any order.

Always found their mail order to be spot on but have noticed less choice on the website recently - I think they are trying to sell their own products more.

I think their great, I've never had a problem with ordering from them and i always recieve exactly what i want.

I love them both and quite like equestrian clearance too (bought lots of 'come in handy one day' stuff though

much to OH's disgust!)
